Renew was amazing in my knee pain recovery. I did the plasma injections and it helped me so much better than any other treatment that I've tried. Cortisone injections are so toxic to the body. I've learned to go the holistic route and give my body what it needs,!

Have been using this group for about 8 months for several services and always happy with the attention to detail and the results.

They seem to care more about the money.....It took me several months to decide to go ahead and write a review because I knew it would not be a great one, but I thought others may benefit by my experience. I spent over $600 a month for several months of medication. And I got zero results. My skin started breaking out and it felt like it was on fire. When I discussed it with a staff member, she blew it off and said that wasn't due to the medicine (it was, it stopped when I stopped taking it). She was flippant and really didn't care. During several visits, I shared my concern that the medication wasn't working, and they said give it time, and they continued to give me a very low dose. Only when I decided to cancel, did the owner of the facility come talk to me. I shared my concerns, and she said, "well it's not working because you are on such a low dose." Obviously, they were trying to milk it for all they could, unfortunately, I trusted them for way too many months and lost a ton of money. In addition, I didn't use part of my medication (it was not given to me due to travel), but I had paid for it. I asked if they could at least refund that amount, they said no, but I could come in at any time and use it. There is no reason for them not to refund me. I was so excited to go to them due to the great reviews, but after several months with no results and no one who really cared, it was time to go. Be careful. There are plenty of places who are fair and care about the results of their patients.

I had a great experience here with my plasma joint injections. Really made a huge difference in my pain in my shoulder. I really appreciate Dr Micah, Dr Coral and Whitney. They are the best!
